Thank you for your interest in supporting Stonewall CDC! Our mission is to see LGBTQ+ older adults in safe welcoming housing they can afford, with access to health and mental health services that meet their unique needs.

Indeed our services are open to all older New Yorkers, but in these times, when there is so much hostility toward LGBTQ+ people, it is up to us to ensure housing and home care services that welcome and celebrate the incredible contributions these seniors make to society.

Stonewall CDC is a partner project of the Fund for the City of New York.
